נרות חג

נא להדליק נרות חג במקום בטוח – עדיף בתוך הבית, במקום הרגיל. לפני הדלקת נרות, יש להדליק את האורות (החשמליים) בסוכה, תוך כוונה שלא לקבל עדיין את קדושת היום, ולאחר מכן לברך על הנרות ולהתכוון שאור הנרות וגם האור החשמלי יהיו לשם שמחת החג.

Please take care to light the Yom Tov candles in a safe place - preferably in the house in the usual place. Before lighting the candles, turn on the (electric) lights in the Sukkah (while keeping in mind that s/he does not yet accept kedushat hayom), with the intention that the candlelight and the electric lights should be for simchat chag.
